Audax has just listed a new extreme Alpine ride on the Alpine Classic weekend which looks interesting for crazy climbers. Its called the Extreme Raid. Easier than the Alpine Classic Extreme, ACE, because its 250ks over 2 days instead of one but harder than the Alpine Raid because the second day is 185ks instead of 125ks. This route is much more beautiful than the Alpine Classic because it climbs Hotham and the back of Falls Creek. Go to Audax Alpine Clasic website for details.
